This is a journey through yoga techniques taken from vinyasa, Hatha & flow style yogas that Charlotte has now incorporated into her own ShivaShakti style. She uses Yin Yoga, Hormone & Face Yoga techniques as well as a healthy dose of humour & some deep relaxation techniques. We will be enjoying visualisations, meditations, yoga practices & healthy advice & guidance to a more natural way of living & breathing on this earth plane.
