Oh To Rest
to spend a little more time in bed or at least in quiet. Our culture is more and more 24 hours and the video on demande culture means that it is difficult to turn those screens off but off they need to go and earlier than you think. In Ayurveda they recommend that you should be heading to bed around 10pm which seems pretty early for some but at least try to be switching screens off, not phone calling or emailing but winding down totally…..
